I GOT THE MUSIC IN ME: THE BLOG REDUX

it's monday. that's the only excuse i can come up with really. it was time to lean up the blog, make the actual entries bigger and easier to read and put all the links on one side rather than two. in doing so, i've lost some pics from previous posts, but i can't figure out why just yet. i've been wanting to add music to this thing for a while, so i finally sat down and figured out how to make that work too. now you can enjoy my favorite brazilian songs up there to the left. i have no idea what half of them are saying but one's about a famous soccer team, and another one is about drinking all the time. they just get me in the mood for gettin' to brasil. if you're not feelin' it, just hit the little pause button in the middle of the cassette tape. also coming soon will be a regular column, a la bolder's "the good, the bad and the ugly." it won't be regular in that it gets posted every monday, per se, but it'll be as regular as fate will allow. that's all i can say about it for now. stay tuned....

on the training front, things are tapering for nyc. missed my 8 miler yesterday, so i need to knock it out this morning. gonna mellow out on the bike 'til after nyc. yoga and swimming fill the non-running days as well.
